promotor having 74.9% holding in the company. and a market cap of 906 cr.company tracked back to profit with a net profit of 14 cr. now they are selling the watches in online platforms like flipkart, amazon etc.I believe the company will having re rated market cap of 2500-3000 cr .so it can be at least 250-300 price range in longer term .
